The plan is simple:
The work happens over ninety days.
It is structured. It is practical. And it moves quickly.
There are three parts.
Phase 1: Foundations and Clarity
We start by getting clear.
Not vague clarity. Real clarity.
We begin with a one-on-one strategy session to map out your next twelve months. Not in theory, but in terms of revenue targets, team structure and what has to change.
We build your revenue model properly. So you know what numbers you are aiming at and how they connect to delivery capacity.
We design your future org chart. Not based on who you have today, but based on the version of the agency you are building.
We write job scorecards so each role is defined by outcomes, not tasks.
Most agencies at a million dollars skip this step. They hire reactively. They promote whoever has been there longest. They build around personalities instead of structure.
That stops here.
By the end of this phase, you know exactly what you are building and who needs to own what.
We will also identify any revenue opportunities or cost savings that mean you will get an immediate ROI on your investment with us.
Phase 2: Paid Discovery and Leverage
Once the structure is clear, we install leverage.
For most agencies, that leverage point is paid discovery.
If you're not selling Paid Discovery, we install it properly.
If you are selling a bloated version, we simplify it.
We work through your positioning, your messaging and your sales process until it is clean and repeatable.
The goal here is simple: To create a predictable bridge between conversations and long-term engagements.
If you close one paid discovery inside this ninety day window, the program has paid for itself.
You are required to implement or refine paid discovery within your first thirty days.
Not because we like rules. Because leverage matters.
Phase 3: Removing You from the Middle
Once revenue mechanics are clear and leverage is in place, we focus on the real constraint.
YOU
Between $500K - $3MM, most founders are still the strategist, the closer, the safety net and the final decision-maker.
That version does not scale.
So we define what you stop doing.
  • We clarify who owns delivery.
  • We build scorecards so performance is visible.
  • We install a CEO-level dashboard so you can see what is happening without being buried in it.
At the same time, we support implementation.
When we design scorecards, we help you write them.
When we refine paid discovery, we workshop it with you.
When it is time to build authority, our team interviews you and produces your weekly blog posts, daily social content and weekly emails.
By the end of ninety days, the business will not feel heavier. It will feel clearer. More controlled. More deliberate.
After 90 days, we may invite you to keep working with us as a private client in Mavericks Club, which is $2,500 a month and a 12-month commitment.
Investment
Agency Foundations is $10,000 for the 90-day engagement.
To secure your seat pending approval, we require a $1,500 fully refundable reservation deposit with your application.
If you're not approved, or we are at capacity, your deposit is refunded immediately.
If you are approved, the $1,500 is credited towards your investment and the remaining balance is due within 72 hours.

Important: We do not offer payment plans (because we're not a bank) but we do have funding options available to help you keep as much cash in the agency as possible while you grow.
If you're approved, we'll give you those options.

We don’t offer guarantees.
Not because we’re uncertain about the work. Because this only works if you do it.
We provide structure, clarity, unlimited 1-on-1 advisory, implementation support.
If you apply it, it works.
If you don’t, no guarantee will save you.
We are selective about who we accept because we want people we know we can help.
If you are approved, it means we believe this will work for you.
If you are not approved, your deposit is refunded and we part ways respectfully.
